In this 4-part series, designed for teens, you will develop tools to manage stress and to deepen your understanding and connection to who you wish to become and be. These tools will help you find direction in life, and help you manage social and academic situations from a place of meaning and safety. This series is taught by Aiyana Pendleton, who brings 35 years experience teaching students in Santa Fe’s public and private schools.
