Stress Management through Mind, Breath and Body
These sessions equip students with proven techniques for navigating high-stress situations. They help them connect to their bodies in a healthy way, as well as navigate social, academic, and competitive situations with confidence. We will use modalities such as Soma Breathing, sound therapy, visualization, and tapping. Participants will experience practices during class and receive specific protocols to implement in their daily lives.
Cost: Single class $20 or 5-class pass $80
